Hi, my name is Shaun Brear, Founder and CEO of Northcor Group Inc. We have been involved in more than 30+ projects since 2012. Northcor Group is a Residential and Waterfront Development Construction Company and Real Estate Investing business based out of the Barrie/Muskoka area of Ontario that focuses on Luxury Waterfront Properties

Buying vacant land to build new structures on as well as buying distressed properties to renovate for PROFIT. 

BBRRRR…. Buy, Build/Renovate, Rent, Refinance and Repeat. 

Our strategy is to hold each project for 5 years and re-evaluate the property at the end of the term on whether we sell or extend the rental of that property. We also have listed and sold the property at the end of the project is the profits far exceed the ROI of the hold and rent strategy.

We look for waterfront cottage properties in the 200-800K price range. Many of our projects have been financed using Other People's Money (OPM) and we have ALWAYS repaid our investors and with ABOVE AVERAGE RATES OF RETURN for passive investing.

We are looking to partner with higher net worth individuals and pay them an above average rate of on return in exchange for using their funds to PURCHASE, BUILD/RENOVATE and profit from real estate within the greater Muskoka Lakes Region.
